Techroq designs and manufactures feeders for most applications. We can adapt the feeder to most environments and accommodate most mounting arrangements.
Techroq can supply feeders ranging up to a capacity range of 1200 tons per hour. All Techroq feeders are direct drive systems with motors mounted on the sides or back consisting of one or two motors. This is all dependent on the environment and application.
Our team will design all feeders taking all factors into consideration to assure that all components are matched for the best possible efficiency. With harsh applications Techroq also provide a wide range of grizzly feeders in the fields where large products need to be processed.
These grizzly feeders are based on the same Techroq standards and principles as our pan feeders. We will always suggest the best possible configuration to the customer and design it as efficient as possible.

- Techroq feeders are ideal to hold and regulate surge loads that will provide a steady and constant supply of product.
- Easy adaptable form suspended to foot mounted or in some instance a combination of both.
- Different types of isolator mounts can be used, coil springs, rubber mounts or Rosta mounts. These can also consist of a combination of different configurations depending on the application.
- Liners can be specified to the application to protect the feeder body of wear and improve performance.
- All of this is considered, and motors are adapted to the specific stroke required with regards to the weight and forces exerted to the feeder body.
- Analysis are done on new designs before manufacturing to ensure the quality remains as Techroq standards.
