Techroq VSI Crushers are suited to handle feed rates ranging up to 400 tons per hour with
maximum lump sizes ranging up to 50mm. The T-Series VSI Crusher is available in various sizes, T6 up to T9.<\/span><\/p>\n


Equipped with single drive and dual drive motors. We can also manufacture smaller units that can adapt to low feed rates and laboratory testing applications. T-Series VSI Crusher can be adapted to various applications and conditions. T-Series VSI Crushers are easily adaptable to with various possibilities that can include ease of maintenance, patented reduction of start-up current, extended safety features together with additional options to increase efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n


A Techroq representative will visit the customers to ensure the VSI chosen is correct for the application. Techroq VSI Crushing unique design allows the customer to replace the crushing configuration without have to alter the chamber.<\/span><\/p>\n


We offer different drop in rock boxes to allow for better build up that will result in more efficient shaping and reduction, this allows us to have an adjustable cavity ring to assist in the life span of wear parts on the rotor and flow of material to discharge. In many instances where only high reduction is needed, we can replace this with an anvil cassette to create an even higher reduction. All these factors are considered before installing the Techroq VSI Crusher to ensure the best possible result.<\/span><\/p>\n
